Hey there! Purchased a worx screwdriver , brilliant little tool, had it about 4 years but now it will not work battery fully charged but press trigger work light comes on but driver is dead. Contacted Worx https://worx.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html to send it back in for a non warranty repair and was told that they only repair in warranty tools and suggested I purchase a new one or find a local repairer, what terrible service I find I can buy a battery screwdriver 3 times on line for the price of one Worx screwdriver so go on line but one if it breaks throw it away and get another , cheers Len
